1. To finance the foundation’s operations:
a) Efficient management of funds according to
all relevant accounting, auditing standards and regulations
b) Adherence to funding policies.
2. To finance development and production of children’s
TV programmes and related audiovisual media:
a) Accountability and transparency in
execution of established development and production financing guidelines with
all parties
b) Compliance to budgetary controls at all
times in all projects
c) Relevance of programmes and projects,
either initiated by the foundation or in partnership, i.e. they will ultimately
benefit the overall development and experience of Malaysian children
d) Adequacy of funds allocated and provided
